Wow, what an incredible Crowdfunder! We have raised an amazing £14,304 plus over £2,000 in Gift Aid! Thank you all so much for your kindness and compassion for these foals, we are delighted to say we have been able to help them all. The nine recent foals are currently in quarantine and those needing some extra support are receiving veterinary care and extra care from our expert staff. We have enough funding so that if anymore need rescuing, we will be able to take them in too, so thank you so much for making this all possible.
Little Pumpkin’s nose is looking so much better. She is still quite sore on her feet but we have had her strangles test results back and are very pleased to announce that she has been given the all-clear. The team have moved her to a larger pen and have started introducing her slowly to a friend.
If you would like to continue to see her updates and the other foals, please sign up to The Hugs Foundation’s monthly newsletter on this link https://hugsfoundation.org.uk/news-events/. Thank you so much for saving these lives and we hope you enjoy reading about their rehabilitation and eventually finding their forever home 🥰
Many thanks for your kindness and support,
Laura & the Hugs team
